The alleged incident occurred in Byron Bay on the NSW north coast in the early hours of Sunday morning.

It is understood the NSW and Kangaroos forward and his bride Beccy Rochow arrived in Byron Bay for their honeymoon on Saturday.

The Titans are yet to comment on the incident.

"A 30 year old man has been issued with a criminal infringement notice for offensive behaviour," a NSW Police statement read.

"About 7:45pm yesterday a man left a pub on Bay St in Byron Bay and allegedly urinated a fully marked police New South Wales police vehicle that was parked nearby.

"A number of witnesses reported the matter to police and earlier today a 30-year-old man attended Byron Bay police station where he was issued with a criminal infringement notice."
