MORE: Why Hawthorn can and can't win the 2015 AFL Grand Final

Why West Coast WILL win the 2015 AFL Grand Final

- The forward line mix of talls and smalls can prove a headache for the Hawks. Josh Kennedy and Jack Darling are big enough to push key defenders around, whilst Mark Le Cras, Jamie Cripps and Josh Hill are speedy and smart.

- Matt Priddis, Luke Shuey, Chris Masten and Andrew Gaff – a midfield combo that’s worked all year and is finally hitting their potential.

- Seem to be fit at the right time of the year, seemingly over injury concerns to key players.

- Coach Adam Simpson would know exactly how the Hawks system works and where it would be vulnerable after spending time as an assistant coach at Hawthorn from 2010-13

- Hawks weren’t at their best, but the Eagles dismantled them in the qualifying final at Domain Stadium. Quick ball movement key to victory.

Why West Coast WON'T win the 2015 AFL Grand Final

- Lot of inexperience in the Eagles team, could come undone on Grand Final day.

- Defence that’s held on by the skin of their teeth all year may finally come undone. Is relatively under-sized with Eric Mackenzie and Mitch Brown missing the entire campaign.

- Home factor huge for the Hawks – know the MCG like the back of their hand.

- The Eagles forward entries horrible last week, Hawks will rebound and hurt them if that is repeated.

- MCG record patchy for the last eight years – Won only 4 of the last 17
