Novak Djokovic, the world's No. 1 tennis player, shared a strange complaint with the chair umpire during his Rogers Cup semifinal on Saturday in Montreal.

"Someone is smoking weed, I can smell it, I'm getting dizzy," Djokovic told the official.

The apparent haze of marijuana smoke didn't keep Djokovic from dispatching Jeremy Chardy, 6-4, 6-4. But TV cameras picked up his distress about the second-hand smoke and his conversation with the umpire following the first set.

"You can't believe how bad it was," Djokovic told media members afterward. "Whoever it is, I hope he doesn't come back tomorrow. He's probably on the seventh sky somewhere."

Djokovic will face Andy Murray in Sunday's Rogers Cup final, pitting the world's best players. He just hopes the cannabis user doesn't return.

Djokovic caught whiff of the scent Friday during his doubles match as well.

"Yesterday in the doubles match, today again," he said. "Somebody's really enjoying his life around the tennis court."
