The British number one came from behind to beat the Croatian 5-7 7-5 6-3 in the 2013 final, a triumph that led him to his first Wimbledon title less than a month later.

And the Scot is eagerly anticipating a return to the grass courts, with this year's edition set to begin on June 9.

Murray said: "I know that the grass court season is just round the corner.

"Seeing the courts just out there, you could probably play on them today, they're great! They're great tennis courts and I always love it.

"It's a completely different surface, a different part of the year for all the players that get to be at home.

"There's great support and my friends and family around. So I always really look forward to it."

Murray has won three titles at Queen's, with his other two coming in 2009 and 2011.
