Russian Mikhail Youzhny easily accounted for first-time finalist Lukas Lacko to clinch the Zagreb Indoors title on Sunday.
Third-seeded Youzhny didn't face a break point in the entire match as he defeated the Slovakian 6-2 6-3 in 69 minutes.
The win gave Youzhny his eighth career ATP title and ended a 16-month drought stretching back to his Kuala Lumpur victory in 2010.
The 29-year-old was rarely troubled as he won 75 percent of points on his serve, while breaking the 97th-ranked Lacko three times.
Despite the loss, Lacko is expected to jump up the rankings after beating seeds Alex Bogomolov Jr, Robin Haase and 2007 champion Marcos Baghdatis en route to the final.
