Australia moved a step closer to returning to the Federation Cup World Group after beating Switzerland 4-1 in Fribourg at the weekend.
Jarmila Gajdosova and Samantha Stosur on Sunday won their reverse singles matches and Casey Dellacqua and Jelena Dokic took out the dead doubles rubber to seal the result.
Australia will play one of the World Group first round losers in April for a berth in the elite eight-nation competition next year.
Gajdosova battled past world No.219 Amra Sadikovic 6-3 3-6 8-6 in two hours and 19 minutes on the temporary indoor clay court
It was her second straight marathon match after losing an even longer contest to No.124 Stefanie Voegele on Saturday.
However Stosur, steel reeling after a disastrous Australian Open season, cruised through both her matches in straight sets.
The world No.5 followed up her win over Timea Bacsinszky with a better performance in a 6-3 6-2 demolition of Voegele on Sunday.
"It has boosted my confidence and it is exactly the way I wanted to play as soon as I got over here," Stosur said.
"You want to win as many matches as possible to erase anything negative and it does not matter the opposition, it is always good to win."
Team captain David Taylor said Gajdosova had responded well after her defeat on Saturday.
"You could not have written a better script for her redemption today after yesterday's defeat," he said.
"She was much better emotionally, she handled the crowd better and she handled the blows.
"She was serving at 5-3 for the match and played a poor game to lose the game.
"But she believed there would be another opportunity for her."
Dokic and Dellacqua capped the day off with a win in the doubles against Sadikovic and Belinda Bencic 7-5 6-4.
