Huget warned after dive

YoannHuget - Cropped

Toulouse winger Yoann Huget has been issued with a formal warning from European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR) after feigning injury against Bath on Sunday.

The incident occured early in the second half of the European Champions Cup Pool Four meeting at the Stade Ernest Wallon, which Bath won 35-18.

A small skirmish broke out near the touchline and Bath wing Horacio Agulla pushed Huget away.

Huget fell to the floor in dramatic fashion holding his face, and EPCR has taken a dim view.

"The warning issued to Huget (No 11) during the Toulouse v Bath Rugby Pool 4 game at Stade Ernest Wallon on Sunday, 18 January 2015 was for an act contrary to good sportsmanship in the 43rd minute in that he deliberately feigned an injury in contravention of Law 10.4(m)," a statement read.

"The warning was issued by the match Citing Commissioner, John Charles (Wales)."
