The Brumbies have snatched two of the Reds' young guns for the next two seasons.
Ian Prior and Kimami Sitauti, both 20, are former members of the Australian Under 20 team and have been touted as exciting future prospects.
Despite their talent, both players have been given limited opportunities at the Reds and are seeking fresh starts.
Prior has just six Super Rugby games to his name while Sitauti has only ever been named on the bench.
Originally from Bundaberg, Prior is known for his speed and passing skills.
From the beginning of the 2012 season, the youngster will be competing with 21-year- old Nic White for the Brumbie's coveted scrumhalf position.
It was an easy decision for Prior, as the Brumbies have not only promised more opportunities, but an exciting learning culture.
"I see my move to the Brumbies as an opportunity to further my rugby. Working with champions like George Gregan and Stephen Larkham can only make me a better player," Prior said.
Sitauti, a key member of the Australian Rugby Sevens team, is a speedy winger.
Joining the Brumbies will reunite him with former teammates from the Sevens team and the Under 20 squad, including Michael Hooper, Colby Faingaa and Robbie Coleman.
"It's a fresh start for me," Sitauti said.
"I really can't wait to get there and start the ball rolling."
