Wales have moved on top of the Six Nations table after accounting for Scotland 27-13 at Cardiff's Millenium Stadium on Sunday.
The Welsh, who opened their campaign with a 23-21 win against Ireland in Dublin last weekend, were restricted by a dogged Scotland in the first half and headed into the interval with scores tied at 3-3.
But the hosts dominated the second half and took full advantage after Scotland lost backs Nick de Luca and Rory Lamont to the sin bin.
Two tries from full-back Leigh Halfpenny and one from wing Alex Cuthbert steered Wales to the comfortable win, while fly-half Greig Laidlaw crossed over for Scotland's first try in five matches.
Halfpenny's tries were part of a 22-point personal haul which included three penalties and successful conversions for each of his team's tries.
Laidlaw scored all of Scotland's points after also landing a conversion and two penalties.
Wales move on to a match with England – the only other team with two wins in the competition – at Twickenham in a fortnight.
