There's Something In The Water

Adelaide, The City of Churches, home of the best online poker players in Australia. It came to my attention of this fact during this year's Aussie Millions, where it was explained to me that there must be something in the water. Adelaide is renowned for its Churches and that’s about it, until now. The city hosts a multitude of the best online poker players in Australia including Jonathan 'xMONSTERxDONGx' Karamalikis, Ben 'CNT_CRUSHER' Delaney, James Obst, Dean Nyberg, chipmeup.com sponsored player Rayan Nathan, Aussie Millions 2009 main event winner Stewart Scott and Matthew Pearson.

So the question is asked is there something in the water? Or is it as simple as there is nothing else to do in Adelaide except become an online phenom? I considered doing a scientific study on the fact but that would indeed travelling to Adelaide so i thought it would be a lot easier to ask one of the best online poker players in Australia, Jonathan Karamalikis. I asked him to explain to me my why there was such a depth of online poker players in Adelaide he said 'Its probably because our casino is so bad that people sit at home and play a million more hands online' i also asked if he thought there might be something in the water which he replied 'obviously'.

So i have come to the opinion that until Adelaide builds a better poker room in there casino and until Adelaide officials change their drinking water it looks as though Adelaide will keep pumping out online phenom after online phenom. This reporter is now considering a move to Adelaide to better his poker game which is indeed lacking. Maybe i can just import the water???
