What's a podcast?

Podcasts allows you to download radio programs and other audio to your computer or MP3 player by subscribing to a feed (despite the name, you don't necessarily need an iPod to listen to them).

As well as being able to listen to the latest episode, new episodes will be downloaded automatically onto your computer and MP3 player as they are published.

Software needed

MP3 audio files will play on nearly all media programs including iTunes (Windows and Mac) or Windows Media Player (Windows), which are both available for free download.

Video podcasts (MP4 and MOV files) require iTunes or QuickTime Player, available via free download for both Mac and Windows.

Subscribing to podcasts can be done through iTunes (Mac and Windows), Juice (Mac and Windows), or a number of others.

iTunes users can simply click on the 'Subscribe via iTunes' links to be instantly subscribed. Users of other software just need to copy the URL and paste it into their podcast software.

EPL-The Final Day
What a day it was; Manchester City had the title, then lost it, then had it again. Bolton were safe, then just as quickly they were gone. Arsenal secured their place in next season's Champions League, while fourth-placed Tottenham must wait until Sunday morning to see whether they will join them or not.
