Sounds strange, but watch the video below of American lightweight Eddie Alvarez during his fight with Gilbert Melendez at UFC 188.
Alvarez copped a vicious elbow to the eye early in the fight which did a bit of damage.
He fought on, but watch what happens when he blows his nose at the end of the round.
