Video: Mass brawl in Ireland

Hurling

This epic all-in was caught on camera in Ireland recently, with hurleys (wooden bats) flying everywhere, scuffles breaking out across the park and nobody holding back.

The game, between local rivals Dungarvan and Mount Sion, was held up for eight minutes as the players sorted each other out.

Afterwards, Dungarvan manager James O’Connor said it was “just something that got out of hand.”

OK, then.

Mount Sion’s Austin Gleeson and Dungarvan’s Colm Curran were the only players sent off.
