In a candid behind the scenes video at the UFC's "Go Big" promotion event this weekend, Rousey revealed the she's "not cool so I sit in the corner."
"Honestly, when I go to these things, I feel like I'm at some school thing where I get all awkward and...yeah, I don't want to sit at the cool kid's table at the cafetaria," she said.
"This is like me not being at the cool kid's table and standing over here.
"They're all so cool and I don't know if I can hang with them.
"There's Conor (McGregor) over there, taking pictures with his belt. See what I mean? I'm not cool enough to hang out with everbody.
"I'm gonna be over here, by myself.
"There's Jose Aldo sitting over there with his belt. That's pretty cool. It's pretty hard not to just fan-girl out."
Rousey is a self-confessed "geek" with a massive Pokemon obsession.
She's also an avid gamer who plays Mortal Kombat and World of Warcraft.
