Ronda Rousey challenges Floyd Mayweather to text her 'when he learns to read and write'

First, Mayweather said he didn't know who Rousey was.

Then Rousey called out Mayweather during her "Fighter of the Year" ESPY award speech.

Mayweather doubled down, saying "Whoever she is, I wish her the best." He then went on ESPN and told her to call him when she makes $300 million for one night of work.

That's where the two currently stand. At least, that was the case before TMZ caught up with Rousey on Wednesday.

Rousey, never one to mince words, believes not only does Mayweather not make as much as her per second of work, but that calling her isn't an option.

Mayweather can text her thought.

"(Floyd) said 'You make $300 million a night, then you can give me a call' ... and I actually did the math and given the numbers of my last fight, I'm actually the highest paid UFC fighter and I'm a woman."

She continued, "I think I actually make 2-3 times more than he does per second ... so when he learns to read and write, he can text me."

The photog asked, "So you actually make more than he does?"

Ronda responded, "Yeah, I'm just more efficient."

Typically, a war of words has a payoff, whether it be a match, bout, or game.

But there is no end point with these two because they will never meet inside the ring or cage.

Not because they don't want to, but because there is not an athletic commission on the planet that will license a male vs. female fight.

So if you're OK with these two trading verbal jabs for the rest of eternity, sit back and grab some popcorn.
