Justin Bieber is sorry.

The pop sensation, who recently released his latest album "Purpose", apologised  or being rude for former UFC champion Ronda Rousey's sister when she asked for him for autograph though he said he doesn't recall the incident.

However, he isn't sorry for clowning Rousey, when a swift kick to the neck blemished her previously unbeated record and removed her aura of invincibility at UFC 193 in Melbourne.

"She got knocked out cold," Bieber said in Australia earlier this week.

"Oh my God, she got knocked out so bad. Yeah, no, she got pummeled."

If you live under the biggest boulder on the most secluded island in the universe, and haven't seen the blow that rendered Rousey human, check it out below.
