Canseco, who has a long history of outlandish behaviour, was initially uneasy with the idea of Jenner's sex-change, but says it has grown on him over time.
A member of the legendary late-80s Oakland As side, Canseco won two World Series, is a six-time All Star, was the 1986 Rookie of the Year and two-time MLB home-run champion.
But in 2005 if he became the highest profile baseballer to admit to long-time steroid use.
His life, his image and his antics have pretty much deteriorated since then.
The wild times will culminate in him living as a woman on his internet show 'Spend a day with Jose.'
“In the very beginning, I didn’t understand it, so I was kind of like, against it,” said Canseco, according to NY Daily News . “Once I watched it more and more, and realized what it really entailed, what he was going through, I started supporting him.”That Canseco sitll calls Jenner 'him' is a bit odd....
“The only thing I can do is confirm it,” Canseco said.
“I can’t say exactly how it’s going to be done yet. It will be done for about a week — it will be on my Internet show called, ‘Spend a day with Jose.’”
