Most colon polyps aren’t threatening, but over time, some can develop into cancer.
Hunt received an instant influx of support on Facebook and Twitter, but responded in customarily light-hearted fashion, saying: “Don’t pray for me pray for the doctor who stuck a pipe there lol.”
Hunt’s revelation comes just days after Australian NFL star Jesse Williams was diagnosed with Papillary Type 2 cancer that requires kidney surgery.
It hasn’t been a good couple of weeks for Hunt, who was battered beyond recognition by Stipe Miocic at the UFC Fight Night in Adelaide.
