Floyd Mayweather Jr. has launched an astonishingly racist and expletive-laden rant against rival Manny Pacquiao.
Online footage shows Mayweather, the man regarded by many as the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world, aiming a shocking tirade against Philipino Pacquiao.
Negotiations to set up a bout between the two fighters have stalled, however, Mayweather insisted in the video that the much-anticipated match-up would go ahead.
"As soon as we come off vacation, we're going to cook that little yellow chump. We ain't worried about that. So they ain't gotta worry about me fighting the midget," Mayweather said.
Mayweather appeared to suggest that Pacquiao was guilty of using performance-enhancing substances, and has in the past insisted that the seven-division world champion should submit blood tests before the fight.
"I'm gonna fight the Pacman when he gets off the power pellets," Mayweather said.
Pacquiao has previously insisted that the two parties are in agreement over the terms of the bout and has queried what he deems Mayweather's reluctance to fight.
"We agree with, you know, his demands," Pacquiao said last week.
"I wanted to know if that's his real reason (for delaying)."
While Pacquiao was the main focus of the bizarre eight-minute rant, Mayweather may have let slip one of the reasons for seemingly stalling the long-awaited contest.
"I truly believe I am gonna fight again, but as of right now I don't have the urge to get up."
Pacquiao's next fight is against Antonio Margarito in Arlington, Texas on November 13.
