New team principal Maurizio Arrivabene has wasted no time in putting togethera new technical team following his appointment last month.

James Allison will now be responsible for directing track engineering activities in his role of technical director, while Simone Resta is the new chief designer and Mattia Binotto takes the post of power unit director.

Binotto will be assisted by Lorenzo Sassi, while Luca Baldisserri remains in charge of the Ferrari Driver Academy.

There had been speculation over the future of Fry, who joined the Italian team in 2010, for some time and Tombazis' role had also been in doubt.

Ferrari recruited four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel as a team-mate for Kimi Raikkonen last month, with Fernando Alonso returning to McLaren.
