The Salford Devils pivot pulled off a ridiculous piece of footballing wizardry overnight to leave the hapless Hull defence hopelessly outclassed.

In setting up a try for Josh Griffin in Salford’s first win of the season, Chase showed incredible footwork and a magician’s sleight of hand that matched the greatest moves of Marshall and Johnson in the NRL.

The stunning piece of skill brings back memories of these two gems from a few years back.

 

Chase, the former Tigers and Dragons five-eighth laid on three more tries in a masterclass performance but it was this one that set tongues wagging and sent Twitter into overdrive.
