Terry Campese has been unveiled as Canberra's new captain at the club's season launch on Tuesday night.
Campese will be assisted by David Shillington and Brett White who were named joint vice-captains in the Raiders' new leadership structure.
Campese takes over the captaincy reins from the retired Alan Tongue who held the position for five seasons.
The 27-year-old was chuffed to skipper the club he has spent his whole career at.
"I love the Raiders and I'm extremely honoured to be named captain of the club I have been a part of since my youth," Campese said.
"There's been some magnificent leaders in the past including the most recent in Alan Tongue and I hope I can continue on from where he left off."
Campese has played 96 matches and scored 23 tries for the Raiders since debuting for them in 2004.
