The Ascot track was rated a good (3) at acceptance time. The rail on Saturday will be in the six metre position.

Four Listed races and one Group III race complement the meeting's main event - the $1 million Group I Kingston Town Classic (1800m).

In the Group III Sir Ernest Lee Steere Classic (1400m) for three-year-olds there are nine acceptances including last start winners Let It Slip for Daniel Pearce and the Neville Parnham-trained Kentucky Lass.

Justin Warwick's Wink And A Nod heads a 10-horse field for the Jungle Dawn Classic (1400m) with visiting champion Hong Kong-based jockey Douglas Whyte to ride.

Listed Jungle Mist Stakes winner Sheidel is one of four runners in the Listed RS Crawford Stakes (1000m) for Lark Hill trainer David Harrison.

Saturday's nine-race programme commences at 12.29pm (local time) with the final event to be run at 5.30pm.
