The Caulfield Guineas meeting will feature four Group I races with the Thousand Guineas, Caulfield Stakes and Toorak Handicap to support the $1 million main event.

The Caulfield Guineas and Thousand Guineas fields were declared on Tuesday while the line-ups for the Caulfield Stakes and Toorak Handicap were released on Wednesday morning.

Criterion and Fawkner are the top-rated of the eight runners in the Caulfield Stakes on 116, a point clear of the dual Group I winner Kermadec and three points ahead of the Godolphin runner Contributer.

All of the runners bar the Hawkes Racing-trained Entirely Platinum have won at Group I level with Happy Trails, Pornichet and Mongolian Khan rounding out the Caulfield Stakes field.

The 2015 Toorak Handicap has attracted a field of 18 with the Darren Weir-trained pair Lucky Hussler and Stratum Star topping with weights ahead of Leebaz.

Local trainer Peter Moody has three runners with Kenjorwood, Hi World and Abidewithme to start in the Toorak Handicap while Chris Waller also has a trio of contenders with Strawberry Boy, Amicus and Flamingo Star to compete in the $400,000 contest.

Track manager Jason Kerr posted a good (3) rating for Caulfield at acceptance time while the rail will be in the true position for the entire circuit.
