As if his short game and health aren't enough to worry about, Tiger Woods has a new project on his hands.

Woods will redesign the 27-hole Beijing Tian’an Holiday Golf Club in China, Golf.com reports. After Woods’ redesign, the course will reopen as Pacific Links National Golf Club.

Woods opened his first designed course in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in December. Another Woods course will open outside of Houston this fall. This is his first architectural excursion into China.

The Beijing project is part of a two-course deal for which Woods will reportedly will receive $16.5 million.

Woods hasn’t announced the deal, but Pacific Links provided a statement to Golf.com that has Woods quoted as saying, “We strongly believe this course will stand the test of time and be one of the most prestigious courses in China, and even Asia.”

As for his playing career, Woods said earlier in March he plans to be back on tour in time for the Masters, which begins April 9.
