To say that Tiger Woods struggled Friday in Round 2 of of the Phoenix Open would be putting it mildly.

Over the years, fans expect to see Woods at the top of the leaderboard, but after a career-worst single-round score of 82 Friday, Woods left the course alone in last place at 13-over-par to miss the cut.

Woods entered the round at 2-over, nine shots off the lead, and recorded a par-4 on No. 10, his opening hole of the day, but finished with three bogeys, a double bogey and a triple bogey on his first nine holes to drop to 10-over before making the turn.

Woods then strung together three pars to show some resemblance of control before hitting a double bogey on the par-3 No. 4. He rebounded with one of his two birdies of the round on No. 5 before slipping back into his funk with bogies on the next two holes. A birdie on No. 8 wasn't enough to keep Woods from recording his worst 18-hole round of his career as he finished with another bogey.

The next PGA event Woods is scheduled to compete in is the Farmers Insurance Open from Feb. 5-8 at Torrey Pines in San Diego.
