When a toothless Tiger Woods emerged in Italy earlier this month, speculation swirled that there was more to the story than the former world No. 1 was letting on.
But he's still sticking to his claim that a run-in with a television camera is what left him bloodied and without a tooth while attending girlfriend Lindsey Vonn's World Cup race.

Woods arrived at TPC Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Ariz., early Tuesday, where he is making his first start of 2015 in the Waste Management Phoenix Open this weekend. He gave reporters a smile with a complete set of pearly whites and reiterated the story that he lost his tooth during a media rush to greet Vonn after her record 63rd win.
"The photographer changed positions and I got hit," Woods said. "It was an accident. ... And yes there was blood everywhere.
"All good now."
Woods's agent, Mark Steinberg, has maintained to media that Woods lost his tooth when he was hit by the shoulder-mounted video camera following the event.
Race officials, however, have disputed the claim, saying there was no report of any incident involving Woods.
Woods' entry into the Phoenix Open is his first since 2001. It's the second tournament in which he is playing since he missed the cut in the 2014 PGA Championship.
