Karen Lunn and Florentyna Parker are among a quartet of players who share the first-round lead at the Deloitte Ladies Open in the Netherlands.

Englishwoman Parker fired five birdies in her four-under 68, a score which was matched by German Steffi Kirchmayr, Frenchwoman Elena Giraud and Australian Lunn.

England's Hannah Burke and Diana Luna are a further shot back at three-under-par.

After a consistent if uneventful start, Parker found her range with successive birdies on holes six and seven at Golfclub Broekpolder.

And although she bogeyed the 12th, the 22-year-old - who won this tournament in 2010 - responded with three birdies from her five holes.

Lunn finished strongly with three birdies on her last five holes, while rookie Kirchmayr recorded four birdies on 13, 14, 17 and 18 to rocket up the leaderboard.

"Really, really happy," said Lunn, who won her 10th Ladies European Tour title at the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco two months ago.

"It was more consistent. I hit a couple of bad tee shots the first couple of holes and made good pars."

Just behind Burke and Luna is a group of four players tied for seventh on two-under, including German Anja Monke, England's Felicity Johnson, Christel Boeljon of the Netherlands and Australia's Alison Whitaker.
