Oceania Football President Reynald Temarii believes he will be able to vote in FIFA's December elections.

In Zurich on December 2, 24 of FIFA's executive committee members will vote on the host nations for the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups.

But Temarii was suspended from the FIFA executive committee after an undercover investigation from the Sunday Times alleged that he would sell his vote in the elections.

"I'm confident FIFA's ethics committee will lift my suspension next week," Temarii said on Thursday.

"I'll show that the Sunday Times newspaper fabricated false evidence against me."

"They edited videos of interviews with undercover reporters to suggest I'd sell my votes to fund a football academy. I'll confirm my integrity using the full 98-minute video and I'm planning to take legal action against the newspaper."

Countries bidding for the 2018 FIFA World Cup are England, Russia and joint bids from Spain and Portugal and the Netherlands and Belgium.

Australia, the United States, Qatar and a joint bid from Japan and Korea are the nations attempting to host the 2022 event.
