GOALKEEPER – Thibaut Courtois (Chelsea) 
The 22-year-old pulled off six saves in Chelsea's draw with Manchester United, most notably denying star striker Robin Van Persie twice as the Blues concdeded a late goal to leave Old Trafford with a point.

DEFENDER - Leighton Baines (Everton)
The full-back now has 28 assists since the start of the 2010-11 season, 14 more than any other defender has managed in that time.

DEFENDER - Dejan Lovren (Liverpool)
The Serbian had nine clearances as he helped Liverpool record their second clean sheet of the Premier League season.

DEFENDER - Jose Fonte (Southampton) 
Southampton have kept clean sheets in four of their last five Premier League home games. The Saints have conceded only five goals in the league this season – fewer than any other side in the top four tiers of English football.

DEFENDER - Calum Chambers (Arsenal)
Five clearances, four tackles and four interceptions ensured the former Southampton man had an impressive game as Arsenal kept a clean sheet.

MIDFIELDER - Sadio Mane (Southampton) 
Southampton have won every game that they have scored first in this season in the Premier League (5/5), with Mane's 33rd minute strike proving the difference against Stoke City.

MIDFIELDER - David Silva (Manchester City) 
All five Premier League goals that David Silva has scored in 2014 have come away from home. David Silva has scored two goals and assisted two more in three Premier League appearances at Upton Park against West Ham.


MIDFIELDER - Yara Toure (Manchester City) 
The Ivorian had five shots including one that struck the woodwork in City's shock loss, as well as an 89% pass completion rate.

FORWARD - Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal) 
Alexis Sanchez has scored in seven of his last 11 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions (eight goals in total). The Chilean winger scored twice in a game for the first time for the Gunners. His second goal was Arsenal’s 1500th goal in the Premier League; they became the second side to reach the milestone (Man Utd 1706).

FORWARD - Samuel Eto'o (Everton) 
Samuel Eto’o scored his first away goal in the Barclays Premier League, his previous 10 (including strikes for Chelsea) all came in home matches.

FORWARD- Wilfried Bony (Southampton) 
Wilfried Bony has scored in three successive Premier League appearances for the first time. Bony is now Swansea’s joint-top goalscorer in Premier League history – level with Michu (20).
