Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United

-Melbourne Victory have gone unbeaten in their first seven Hyundai A-League matches, the last time they managed this was at the start of the 2007/08 campaign.
-In the 2006/07 and 2007/08 campaigns Melbourne Victory were undefeated in their first seven Hyundai A-League games but went on to lose their eighth fixture both times. Both of those defeats came at the hands of Adelaide United.
-The Victoria side’s run of 15 points from seven Hyundai A-League matches marks their longest unbeaten sequence since they also managed four wins and three draws in November – December 2010. 
-Melbourne Victory have never gone eight Hyundai A-League matches unbeaten in a single season.
-Adelaide have gone the first seven Hyundai A-League games of the season unbeaten for the first time since 2010/11 when they won four and drawn three.
-The Reds’ haul of 17 points is their highest ever from the first seven matches of a Hyundai A-League season.
-Adelaide have not gone eight in a row unbeaten since they went 11 without defeat at the start of the 2011/12 campaign.
-Victory are unbeaten in their last four with Adelaide (W2 D2), scoring 10 goals in that run.
-Adelaide have lost 12 of their last 16 away matches against Melbourne Victory (W1 D3).
-The last six games between the sides have produced 23 goals in total; an average of 3.8.


Brisbane Roar FC v Perth Glory

-Brisbane’s total of three points from a possible 18 marks their lowest haul compared to the same stage of any previous Hyundai A-League campaign.  Their previous lowest points haul after seven matches was four in 2012/13 (W1 D1 L4).
-Roar last took three points from six Hyundai A-League games between November and December 2011.
-The last time the Suncorp Stadium outfit took fewer than three points from six fixtures came between October and November 2006 (D1 L5).
-In their last 20 league Hyundai A-League games, Brisbane have kept just three clean sheets.
-Perth Glory are enjoying their best ever start to a Hyundai A-League season (W6 L1).
-Perth have won four Hyundai A-League matches in a row for the first time in history.
-Brisbane have lost just one of their last five Hyundai A-League games against Perth (W3 D1), though that defeat did come earlier this term.
-Both teams have netted in just two of the last seven Hyundai A-League matches between these sides, though these were the most recent meetings.
-Brisbane have won four of their last five home Hyundai A-League games against Perth, losing the other.
-Brisbane have averaged more time in possession (59%) than any other side this term.


Western Sydney Wanderers FC v Sydney FC

-The Wanderers’ winless run of six Hyundai A-League matches (D2 L4) this season marks their worst run of form ever in the A-League (excl. finals).
-Sydney FC (W4 D3) have gone the first seven games of an Hyundai A-League season unbeaten for the first time in their history.
-The Sky Blues are enjoying their best run of form since going nine Hyundai A-League games unbeaten (W4 D5) between Jan 3rd 2011 – Oct 8th 2011.
-Sydney have conceded just one goal in their last four Hyundai A-League games.
-Both teams netted in each of the last two fixtures between the sides, both won by Sydney, but this occurred just once in the first five Sydney derbies.
-Just four goals have been scored in three derbies hosted by WSW, with each side notching one 1-0 victory apiece as well as a score draw.
-Despite a poor run of form this season, WSW have not lost at home since March, winning two and drawing four of their last six Hyundai A-League games at Parramatta Stadium.
-Just nine goals have been scored in those six Hyundai A-League games, with both teams netting just twice.
-Sydney have conceded just one goal in three away Hyundai A-League games this season.


Wellington Phoenix v Melbourne City FC

-None of Wellington’s last 11 league Hyundai A-League games have ended in a draw (W3 L8).
-Prior to this season (W3 L4), the New Zealand side had never won more than two of their opening seven Hyundai A-League games.
-The Nix have lost just one of their last six home Hyundai A-League games dating back to last season, keeping three clean sheets in this run (W2 D3).
-Melbourne City have lost three Hyundai A-League games so far this season, but they have only lost fewer from their opening seven matches once (two in 2011/12).
-City have won just one of their last eight Hyundai A-League games against Phoenix (W4 D3), though this was a 5-0 away success in February.
-Prior to that 5-0 loss, Wellington were unbeaten at home against the Victoria side (W4 D1).
-Both teams have netted in each of Melbourne City’s last 12 matches, a run which dates back to a 1-0 loss at Newcastle in early March.
-Melbourne City have had more shots on target (39) than any other side this season.
-Conversely, Wellington have managed just 22 shots on target.  Only Newcastle (19) have managed fewer.
-Wellington have averaged the least amount of time in possession (44%) this season.


Newcastle Jets v Central Coast Mariners

-Prior to this season, Newcastle had been winless after seven Hyundai A-League games of the season just once before (2006/07 – D3 L4). 
-The Jets managed to win their eighth Hyundai A-League game of the campaign in 2006/07.
-Newcastle last went seven Hyundai A-League games without a win between December 2013 and February 2014.
-Newcastle have never gone eight games in a row without a win in a single Hyundai A-League season.
-Central Coast are on a winless run of six matches (D2 L4), their last victory coming over their F3 derby rivals on the opening day of the season.
-The only other time CCM won just one of their opening seven Hyundai A-League games came in the 2006/07 campaign.
-The Mariners have scored in just one of their last four Hyundai A-League matches and have netted just four times in total this season.
-CCM are enduring their longest winless run since going 10 without victory between November 2009 and January 2010.
-The Gosford side are unbeaten in six clashes with their neighbours, winning four in that run.
-Neither side has scored more than two goals in each of the last 12 meetings between the sides at Newcastle.
