Lyon have provisionally gone top of the Ligue 1 table, after fighting back for a 1-1 draw away to Evian TG on Friday.

Remi Garde's men were expected to make it three wins from three this season when they ventured to the Parc des Sports in Annecy, but it was the hosts that scored first, when Cedric Barbosa was on target in the 57th minute.

Brazilian midfielder Michel Bastos was on hand, however, to score his second goal in as many league matches for Lyon, as they drew level in the 74th minute.

But Lyon - who won their opening two matches by three goals apiece - were unable to find a winner, and were forced to settle for a point.

Evian, meanwhile, celebrated earning their first point of the 2012-13 campaign, after losing by a goal in each of their first two matches.
