Kaiserslautern came from three goals down to steal a draw from relegation rivals Stuttgart in Bundesliga action on Sunday.

The two sides are 14th and 15th on the table, level on 10 points, just one point above the drop zone so a close game was on the cards at the Fritz Walter Stadion.

The Kaiserslautern fans were shocked, however, when the visitors took a three-goal advantage in the 50th minute, when Christian Gentner's penalty added to Arthur Boka and Cacau's first-half goals.

Kaiserslautern took immediate action, pulling one goal back through Illiyan Mitanski in the 58th minute, before two goals in as many minutes to Ivo Ilicevic and Mathias Abel got the home side back level.

Borussia Monchengladback moved from the bottom with a 4-0 thrashing of second-last Cologne at RheinEnergie Stadion.

Schalke 04 recovered from a two-goal deficit to scrape a point from their clash with Wolfsburg, finishing 2-2.

Bayer Leverkusen took all three points from their trip to the Millerntor Stadion, winning 1-0 thanks to a Renato Augusto goal in the 81st minute.

Werder Bremen and Eintracht Frankfurt drew 0-0 at the Weserstadion, and Hannover upset second-placed Mainz at Stadoin am Bruchweg 1-0.
