Is Mile Jedinak an autograph snubber?

Mile Jedinak
To be fair to Jedinak, he may not have even seen the request, so it’s entirely possible he didn’t have the chance to respond.
But Jedinak was just one of 42 Premier League players sent requests for an autograph by UK newspaper the Daily Mirror who didn’t reply.
The newspaper sent letters to three players from every club, marked for personal delivery. They all contained the autograph request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to help the player respond.
However, just 18 out of 60 requests were responded to.
Among the players to reply Manchester United pair Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie, Chelsea skipper John Terry, Stoke goalkeeper Asmir Begovic and Everton trio Romelu Lukaku, Leighton Baines and Tim Howard.
Arsenal reportedly sent large pictures of Mesut Ozil and Jack Wilshere while Liverpool responded through its website, supplying autographed photos of Steven Gerrard, Daniel Sturridge and Mario Balotelli.
However, none of the players from Crystal Palace responded, probably making it more likely Palace skipper Jedinak didn’t receive the letter.
Among other players not to respond were Manchester City trio Sergio Aguero, Yaya Toure and Vincent Kompany along with Chelsea pair Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas.
Interestingly, it was some of the Premier League’s lesser clubs – one’s you would think would love to be engaging with fans – that did not respond in any way, with letters sent to West Ham, Hull City, Southampton, Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Leicester, QPR and Burnley all being ignored.
However, to be fair, some of these clubs may not have the marketing and community resources of their bigger contemporaries either.
