Sevilla boss Gregorio Manzano has warned that winning their clash with Getafe on Saturday will not easy.
Despite the fact Manzano's side are unbeaten in four games and sitting fifth on the table, they will face a Getafe side absolutely desperate to snap a run of form which has seen them win just one of their last 16 in all competitions and drop to 16th.
However, Madrid-side Getafe will be boosted by the fact Sevilla will be missing key attacking weapons Frederic Kanoute, Luis Fabiano and Jesus Navas.
"We have to win anyway, but doing so without Freddy Kanoute is another challenge," Manzano said.
"If you take three pivotal players from any team, then it is a handicap. We will look for a solution to this problem tomorrow."
Manzano is fully aware of the difficulty of playing struggling sides towards the end of the season and knows how important the fixture will be to Getafe and their home fans at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
"I would say that in the final run-in in the league, it is most difficult to face the teams lower down in the table," he said.
"I think that, historically and statistically, the demands of not dropping out of the division that are placed on every team give an added pressure to every game."
"This will be like a final for Getafe, and beating us would be a big step forward. However, I don't know if their situation is more demanding than ours."
"The game will not be easy or comfortable. Getafe's statistics show that they have won four of their last twenty-seven games, but that doesn't help us at all. We will have to fight for the win tomorrow."
