FC Groningen bagged their first win of the Eredivisie season with a 1-0 win victory at ADO Den Haag on Friday.
Mitchell Schet set up Finland midfielder Tim Sparv to score the only goal of the game in the 34th minute at the Kyocera Stadion.
Groningen now have one win and one draw, along with two defeats, from their first four matches of the 2012/13 season.
They sit 10th on the table, a point behind eighth-placed ADO.
