Making his first start of the new season in his side's second round German Cup clash away to Hamburg, Ribery got more than he bargained for when the spectator ran across the pitch before striking him across the face with his scarf.
The Hamburg fan, clearly a little upset with the Frenchman's match winning performance which included a 55th minute goal, was eventually escorted away by stewards before Ribery or any other Bayern player could lay a hand on him.
