BATE Borisov scored twice in second-half injury time to pull off a remarkable 3-2 win over Vardar in Champions League qualifying.
Striker Vitali Rodionov was the hero for the home side, scoring both late goals as Borisov knocked off their Macedonian opponents on Wednesday.
In the first leg of their second-round qualifying tie, Borisov took the lead four minutes before half-time when Dmitri Mozolevski scored.
But Vardar hit back in the second half and took the lead over an eight-minute period.
Jovan Kostovski equalised for Vardar in the 54th minute before Ostoja Stjepanovic put the visitors in front in the 62nd minute.
With Borisov's hopes of consecutive years in the Champions League group stages on the line, Rodionov provided goals in the 92nd and 94th minutes to give the Belarusian club a 3-2 lead heading into next week's second leg.
Poland's Slask was the only club to win away on Wednesday with goals either side of half-time from Rok Elsner and Sebastian Mila setting up the 2-0 victory over Montenegro's Buducnost.
Slovenia's Maribor scored four second-half goals to crush Zeljeznicar 4-1.
Eldin Adilovic had given the Bosnia-Herzegovina visitors a 15th-minute lead but striker Robert Beric equalised two minutes after the interval.
A Dejan Mezga penalty 20 minutes later and a second Beric goal in the 76th minute gave the home side a 3-1 advantage.
Marcos Tavares completed the scoring in stoppage time.
In other results, Linfield lost 3-0 to Cyprus' AEL, Ludogrets drew 1-1 with Dinamo Zagreb while Molde defeated Ventspils 3-0.
