On-loan Argentinian Mauro Zarate rescued a precious point for Birmingham with a stunning free-kick equaliser against Everton at St Andrews in a 1-1 result.

But five minutes later, substitute Zarate hammered a 20-yard drive past Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard to salvage a share of the spoils for the home side.
