Symonds weighing up future

Andrew Symonds is reported to be considering his cricketing future with his agent casting doubts on whether he will take part in Australia's upcoming tour of India.
The prodigiously talented all-rounder was sent home from the current one-day tournament against Bangladesh for breaching team rules after missing a team meeting, reportedly to go fishing.
It is the second time Symonds has been suspended for ill-discipline in three years, and his manager said the Queenslander was taking time away to think about his future.
"Andrew's going to take some time to reflect on what's happened," manager Matt Fearon was quoted as saying. "He's still committed to playing cricket at the highest level."
"How he goes about doing that and how it plays out I don't know. Whether it means India I don't know."
Symonds himself released a brief statement which offered no insight into his state of mind or whether he wanted to continue his outstanding international career.
"I have had some time to reflect on the events that took place in Darwin," Symonds said. "I would like to say thanks for the many messages of support that I have received over the past day or so. I appreciate your best wishes. I've been asked to think about what is important to me and I will take this time to do that."
