"I think that's been completely blown out of all proportion," he said.
"Don't think there were any kind of rants at dinnertime. It was soon put to bed."
As for his own 'catch', he added: "I believe I caught mine. The other one is evident on the television."
"But those two incidents are not why we've lost. Over four days, South Africa played better cricket than us and were more disciplined."
