Having undergone tests on their actions on September 19 in Cardiff, the ICC have confirmed both players will be unavailable for selection with immediate effect until they have modified their actions and undergone re-assessment.

Zimbabwe spinner Utseya was reported during a seven-wicket defeat to South Africa in Bulawayo in August, while Bangladesh off-spinner Gazi was cited after the second one-day international (ODI) against West Indies in St George's during the same month.

The ICC confirmed on Wednesday that analysis had shown that the duo's bowling styles break clause 2.4 of the Regulations for the Review of Bowlers Reported with Suspected Illegal Bowling Actions.

"The analysis revealed that all of their deliveries exceeded the 15 degrees level of tolerance permitted under the regulations," a statement from the governing body read.

"Both players can apply for a re-assessment after modifying their bowling actions in accordance with clause 2.4."

Utseya has played four Tests, 160 ODIs and 29 Twenty20 internationals since making his debut against Sri Lanka in 2004, taking 164 wickets across all formats.

Meanwhile, Gazi's career has seen him collect 39 international caps in all forms of the game, taking 64 wickets, since being selected for the first time against West Indies in 2012.
