Australia captain Michael Clarke has announced that he is expecting his first child with wife Kyly.
The couple, who have been married for three years, both confirmed the news on social media.
Clarke posted on Twitter: "[Kyly] and I are extremely ecstatic to announce we are expecting our first child."
The news comes just a day before Clarke will skipper Australia in the eagerly awaited Ashes opener against old rivals England in Cardiff.
