Australia will play a Test series against Bangladesh for the first time since 2006 after confirming a tour of the country of Sunday.
Bangladesh will play host to the Australians in October, starting with a three-day tour match in Fatullah, before playing Tests in Chittagong and Mirpur.
It will mark just third time the two countries have faced off in a Test series, with Australia triumphing 2-0 nine years ago.
The tour is scheduled to take place after Australia's five one-day matches against England, and before the three Tests against New Zealand on home soil in November.
