New South Wales have won the toss and will bat first in the Bupa Sheffield Shield match against Western Australia at the WACA Ground on Friday.
That will give returning Australian all-rounder Shane Watson an early chance to prove he's recovered from his ongoing injury problems, as he will open the batting for NSW in his first game back.
Brad Haddin's return means Peter Nevill will carry the drinks for the Blues, while Timm van der Gugten was named in the final team for his second game and Scott Coyte was left out.
The Warriors have made just one change from their thrilling outright win in Queensland, with Mitch Marsh unavailable on international duties and Travis Birt in to replace him.
Jason Behrendorff is once again 12th man for WA, who will give their final hopes a major boost with outright victory.
Teams:
WA: Wes Robinson, Liam Davis, Shaun Marsh, Marcus North (captain) Adam Voges, Travis Birt, Luke Ronchi, Nathan Rimmington, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Michael Beer, Michael Hogan, Jason Behrendorff (12th man).
