Australia have named an unchanged side for Friday's Commonwealth Bank Series match against Sri Lanka at the WACA Ground and will bat first after the visitors won the toss.
Peter Forrest had been expected to come into the side after coach Mickey Arthur said in the lead-up he was 'likely' to make his debut, but the same batting line-up from Australia's comprehensive win over India on Sunday will get an early chance to impress after the visitors sent them in.
Ben Hilfenhaus also missed out on playing his first one-day international in more than two years, with pacemen Mitchell Starc, Clint McKay and Ryan Harris all holding their spots.
Sri Lanka have made one change to their team which lost to India on Wednesday, with off-spinner Sachithra Senanayake replacing all-rounder Thisara Perera.
Forrest and Perera were named as the 12th men.
