Thunder win without Durant, Crawford leads Clippers

SergeIbaka - Cropped

The Oklahoma City Thunder enjoyed a gritty NBA win on Monday as the Los Angeles Clippers made it five straight victories.

Without Kevin Durant, the Thunder battled past the Minnesota Timberwolves 92-84.

A sprained big toe kept Durant on the sidelines, but the Thunder still got the job done.

Serge Ibaka pulled down 19 rebounds to go with his 13 points, while Russell Westbrook finished with 18 points.

Andrew Wiggins had a game-high 23 points for the Timberwolves.

Jamal Crawford's 19 fourth-quarter points helped the Clippers scrape past the Denver Nuggets 102-98.

Crawford finished with 23 points as the fast-finishing Clippers outscored the Nuggets 33-21 in the fourth.

Blake Griffin had a double-double of 14 points and 10 assists for the victors.

The Memphis Grizzlies claimed their third straight win, disposing of the Orlando Magic 103-94.

Zach Randolph had 24 points and 10 rebounds at the FedExForum in Memphis.

Marc Gasol joined him in the double-double club thanks to 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Nikola Vucevic (18 points and 12 rebounds) led the way for the Magic, who were never likely to cause an upset.

Anthony Davis' 32 points and 10 rebounds saw the New Orleans Pelicans thrash the Philadelphia 76ers 99-74.

A 19-point haul off the bench from Tayshaun Prince helped the Boston Celtics overcome the Utah Jazz 99-90.

A forecast blizzard saw two matches postponed.

The clash between the Brooklyn Nets and Portland Trail Blazers was one, the other the scheduled meeting between the New York Knicks and Sacramento Kings.
