The Knicks are finalizing a four-year, $54 million deal with center Robin Lopez, according to Yahoo Sports.

The deal is contingent on DeAndre Jordan's free agency decision, but it is believed the center has eliminated New York from the running and narrowed his list to the Clippers or Mavericks, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Lopez, 27, averaged 9.6 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.4 blocks for the Trail Blazers last season, and is considered one of the best defensive centers in the league. Lopez will join fellow Blazers teammate Arron Afflalo, who signed with the Knicks earlier this week.

The Knicks now have four players expected to be under contract as part of their foundation for the next four seasons: Lopez and Carmelo Anthony under guaranteed deals along with 2015 first-round picks Kristaps Porzingis and Jerian Grant.
