Randolph leads Grizzlies to win, Jennings hurt

The Memphis Grizzlies cruised past the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA on Saturday, while Brandon Jennings suffered a leg injury.

Zach Randolph had a double-double of 17 points and 14 rebounds in the Grizzlies' 101-83 thrashing of the 76ers at FedExForum.

Jeff Green managed 18 points and Vince Carter had 13 points off the bench as the Grizzlies won for the sixth time in their past seven.

Jerami Grant produced a team-high 16 points for the 76ers, who are 8-36 this season.

Jennings went down with a leg injury in the Pistons' 101-86 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.

OJ Mayo finished with 20 points for the winners, who had five players contribute double figures in points.

Jennings had 16 points before leaving the game late in the third quarter.

In Portland, the Trail Blazers enjoyed a strong second half to beat the Washington Wizards 103-96.

The Trail Blazers hit 58 second-half points to 41 to seal their come-from-behind win.

LaMarcus Aldridge led the way with 26 points, with Damian Lillard contributing 20.

John Wall finished with 25 points and nine assists for the Wizards.

The Charlotte Hornets continued their good form, edging the New York Knicks 76-71 at Time Warner Cable Arena.

Carmelo Anthony was rested, and Kemba Walker missed for the Hornets with a knee injury.

It was left to Brian Roberts to lead the Hornets with 17 points, while Gerald Henderson also managed double figures with 14.

The Hornets are 19-26, while the Knicks sit at 8-37.

Gordon Hayward's 24 points helped the Utah Jazz to a comfortable 108-73 win over the Brooklyn Nets.
