Knicks president Phil Jackson attended Ohio State's game last Thursday, and now his team is getting fined for comments he made about one of the Buckeyes' players.
Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski earlier reported a fine for Jackson's comments on Ohio State guard D'Angelo Russell was a possibility, and he reported Tuesday night that it's a reality.

The amount hasn't been disclosed, but he was fined for making the following statement:
"(Russell) is a great-looking kid," Jackson said, via Cleveland.com. "Great prospect."
Jackson didn't attend a great game to watch the 6-5 freshman guard. Russell scored 11 points in 26 minutes before sitting out due to cramps.
The NBA legend told the New York Daily News he'll "go out and see some (college basketball) games in the last part of the season."
After this fine, Jackson will likely refrain from making comments about any players in the future.
